Forgot to ask the guys name when I called in today. What a professional & was nice enough to help me with a Basic thing for my vehicle over the phone fast. Made my day that much better wasn’t having a great day when I called in but the best day at the end of the call. definitely coming here in the future other then going to the other shops. If you have a Porsche Mercedes or BMW this is the place to go. Took my first Mercedes there over 12 years ago and then 2 911s. Phil and his team know these cars and will always tell you the honest truth. Always fair and straight up.

After buying my first German car (I was looking for 2 years) I was quickly made aware of the prevalence of luxury aftermarket mechanic sharks, and how fast they can part people from there money. After only 2 months of buying a very solid, low mileage BMW, I was already planning its sale due to cost of upkeep. Pricing didn't make sense, diagnostics were questionable,, answers seemed to be pressure sales etc. So, I decided to give Continental Auto Service a try, and I was amazed with the difference. It was like a light switch. These guys have honest pricing, cared about me as a client, were interested in the car, and generally enthusiastic about doing good work. These guys are as good as my Old Subaru mechanics (All Makes).

I was recommended to Continental by a fellow who said he'd been going there for years for same used 2007 Audi A4 wagon I just picked up this summer. After going to the Audi dealership once, I couldn't help but feel the dealership just picks random repairs to fill a service quota. I knew I needed a private mechanic who is straight up, otherwise I'd keep getting hosed at the dealership. At Continental I was dealing with the owner, Phil. He was straight up, didn't recommend extra repairs that could wait, gave me a heads up on things I can take care of later, and gave me good alternate opinions to what the dealership's Service Dept recommended me to do on the car. All in all I am very pleased and I will start taking my audi there for regular maintenance! Appreciate it!
