I had an issue with convertible top on my 1991 500sl. The technicians helped isolate the problem and effect the repairs. On a precious visit their parts man was able to steer me onto a hard to find part and I was able to replace and get the car on the road again.

Our GLK was having some check engine issues related to a split Intercooler hose. I replaced the hose but the vehicle was still throwing codes. I called and got booked in a day after to see what other issues could be causing this. The shop called me back and let me know all that was needed was to clear out the fault codes and nothing else. Very honest shop and quick service. I will be using them for our future maintenance and repair.
