Kurtis is the service manager at Continental. He took the time to thoroughly understand the service required. He texted me with the diagnosis, parts and labour cost. He kept the car overnight to ensure there was no coolant leaks from the repair. Price was as quoted.

The service is great as usual, now the communication is improved. It's more convenient with text and email reporting the service items.
